🧠About me
I’m a PhD-trained behavioral scientist helping health and wellness teams build products that actually change behavior.
I earned my doctorate in psychology researching how reward and reinforcement shape motivation and behavior — specifically in the context of addiction and depression.
That means I spent years investigating why people do what they do, what makes habits stick (or not), and how internal states like mood and cravings influence action.
Along the way, I realized that my favorite part of the research process wasn’t just publishing findings — it was translating complex behavioral patterns into strategies that could actually help people.
So I shifted gears: now I help digital health and wellness teams ground their products in real behavioral insight — without the jargon.
What Do I Do Now?
I believe good research is clear, actionable, and deeply human.
Most health products fail not because they don’t work — but because they don’t account for what it actually takes to change behavior.
And I believe behavioral science shouldn’t live in academic journals — it should live in onboarding flows, app design, and product decisions.
Today, I offer behavioral research services for mission-driven teams in digital health, mental wellness, smoking cessation, and chronic condition management.
Whether you’re looking to explore your users’ needs, test your brand's messaging, or make your product more engaging and evidence-based — I can help.
Curious about how behavioral research could support your product?
