Consumer Advertising

5 years experience in consumer research and media analytics, working in agencies across Omnicom, Dentsu, and McCann (shown: brand verticals of accounts I worked on).

I used social listening tools to derive qualitative insights like sentiment, brand conversation, product perception to inform content creation.

I independently led creation of buyer personas for clients. By vividly describing a typical day in the lives of these individuals, I painted a clear picture for key stakeholders, helping them relate to the target audience and inform media strategy. This storytelling technique was instrumental in aligning our team's understanding and ensuring that our strategies resonated with the intended audience.

Lastly I integrated key performance metrics from traditional and digital media into innovative visual reporting, driving optimization of ad spend.
